How do you reduce no-shows?
Automatically. On every plan: an email reminder 7 days before, then the day before with "Confirm" and "Cancel" buttons. From the Professional plan: a text the day before — a YES reply confirms attendance — and a text 2 h before; a cancelled slot is immediately offered by text to your waitlist, and every upcoming appointment gets a no-show risk estimate. With the Premium plan, you can require a deposit: the card is saved at booking and charged only in case of a no-show.
Why does my listing already exist?
SOSRendezVous lists Quebec businesses from public sources so people can find them. Claim yours to correct your information and turn on online booking — or write to us to have it removed.
Do I have to drop my current software?
No. Keep your tools: appointments booked on the platform are added to your usual calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook) with an iCal link.

What about my patients' information?
